Brief Summary
The Government Executive Information System or the GEIS serves as the main source of performance information for agencies, including both historical and current status of eligibility to the PBB and compliance with government standards.
As part of the efforts in digitalizing and streamlining the assessment processes, beginning FY 2023 PBB, the submission of accomplishment reports shall be done fully online, through the GEIS Submission Portal.

Who can use the GEIS Submission Portal?
Only National Government Agencies (NGAs) and State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) enrolled in the PBB can use the GEIS Submission Portal.
What should we submit in the GEIS Submission Portal?
National Government Agencies (NGAs) shall submit the following reports:

Annex 9 – Form 1.0 Report on Rating and Ranking

Make sure your files are ready before your submission. Each file must be lower than 10 MB.
Will the AO25 Secretariat accept printed accomplishment reports sent to their office?
No, printed accomplishment reports sent to the office of the AO25 Secretariat will not be accepted. Submission of accomplishment reports shall be done fully online, through the GEIS Submission Portal.
